  16. I recently stumbled across the info at http://www.columbia.edu/kermit/ and
  17. I'm getting the impression that there's some rather advanced scripting
  18. capabilities available in C-Kermit and Kermit95. I have C-Kermit 7.0 running
  19. under OpenVMS 7.2-1 and just received (well yesterday) and installed
  20. Kermit95 on a PC running Windows98. I haven't purchased the book yet as I
  21. was hoping to get some where in trying to set things up. At the moment all I
  22. am is lost in a heap of information.

  26. The immediate goal is to take a file on the OpenVMS system and transfer it
  27. to the PC. Once the file is on the PC run PGP (command line version) to
  28. encrypt the file. At that point FTP the file to another location. From the
  29. heap of info I'm lost in at the moment it seems like running Kermit95 on the
  30. PC (minimized) to accept a connection via a script running on OpenVMS to
  31. accomplish this is possible. I spent several hours last night going round in
  32. circles. Is this doable???
